Okee-dokee, I shall find the time to fix all the registered usernames to look like that. ;D
I agree about the Daily Prophet, but we'd have to post that somewhere as the HM's so people wouldn't protest.
All right. I shall change the poll this week when I send the WP.
Yay, Quidditch player adoptables! Fun! :D I shall work on them..sometime. After I do all the other stuff I have to do. Like finish my English handout. :P Evilness.
When will the GP be over? I like our plans for the second one (or should I say "plots?" Mwahaha >:[)
Eh..if you have any good ideas for a prefect quiz, you can start making it and I shall add to it.
Nomination would work..say the last couple weeks of the month we say to send in nominations of people for member of the month and why you nominated that person?
I think that's all I have to say. I emailed you. Let me know when you set a time for the movie.

Agh, this thing is being stupid and making me angry. So I'll just type this all again, shall I? I'm using plain font so that you can actually read this, because it's fairly important. I've been working on the forums (editing links, colors, and CSS).
First of all, I've added the thing that allows you to see which users are online at the moment, whether they are registered (if so, it lists the account name), "guests" (unregistered), or hidden.
I've also changed the link colors and the scrollbar colors (which aren't wanting to show up, for some reason! *grrr*), and I've considered redoing the forum colors but I'm too tired right now to bother with that much.
The main thing I've done is I've added a couple of different user levels. They currently are Headmistresses (Admin.), Teachers (Mods.), Prefects (may be mods eventually, if we ever have them?), and Students. I changed the name of Moderator to Teachers, and added a new category of Prefect. Head boys/girls could be a category, also, if we ever get that far? I'm thinking that if the Patrollers become active we could add that as a level, or I could just put it under the account name. I was also wondering if, instead of "student" we should have "1st year student", "2nd year student", etc? or should I just put that under the account name, too? For example I'm using Minna's accont of threadsofsteel. It currently looks like this when she posts:
threadsofsteel
Maya Molina
So this is what I'm planning on adding now:
threadsofsteel
Maya Molina
Slytherin
But if I decided to put the year in manually instead of as a title, this is what it would look like:
threadsofsteel
Maya Molina
5th year Slytherin
And if we wanted to get really complicated, it could look like this (assuming Patroller wasn't a level):
threadsofsteel
Maya Molina
5th year Slytherin
Chaser
Patroller
Daily Prophet Editor
Okay, you're probably confused, and wondering why I bother? So let me explain. For one, having the house and year will make things a lot less confusing and people won't have to go running back and forth from the forum to the profiles to figure out exactly who they're talking to (as Caitlin suggested, which I didn't even see until now. I must be blind. x_x). The good thing about using userlevels instead (such as Headmistress, Teacher, etc) is that you can allow them special privilages. Besides being able to moderate forums (add, edit, and delete posts), you can also have certain "admin/mod" only forums. I was thinking something like a Prefects Lounge or Bathroom and the Teachers Lounge. The only problem with this is that we would have to require (or strongly suggest) that active members have an ezboard account. I know you are against ezboard accounts, and I think that anyone should be allowed to post in and view the forum, whether or not they have ezboard (how else are we going to get people to sign up?), but having them have ezboard accounts makes it easier to manage and more organized. And there's such a thing as a local user if people want specific usernames or want to post only at Hidden Hogwarts with their ezboard account (I believe that Hermione's account is a local account).
But anyway, I just wanted to run this by you, Lilac, before I did anything. And I thought that maybe we could have a poll and ask if people thought you should be required/suggested/not required to have an ezboard account to use the forums or have it as a thing that the Daily Prophet staff could post in all of the Common Rooms, to get feedback on it?
The other thing I was thinking about goes along with the GP..and that is...do we need/should we have a Ministry of Magic? I suppose I shall send you an email and explain my thinking on this one, since I can't post it here.
And third, Aerin Sumar mentioned (I don't know that you ever check our email :P) that she wanted to interview us for the Daily Prophet, and I was wondering if we wanted to or not, and also if there was anything else we could contribute to the Daily Prophet fall edition.
*deep breath* Whew, this is going to be a long one to read through, Lilac! I'm sorry, I didn't mean for it to get this long! But you still have to read the two posts below. AND you have to reply to all of them (meaning answer most of the stuff I've come up with). I think that's all I have to say. If not, I shall post more later or put it all in the email that I'm going to send you, as mentioned above.

Thought of some more things that could go in the "fun" section: adoptables (dollz, little quidditch players, etc) and Harry-Potter related backgrounds, layouts, and stuff. Tell me what'cha think of my ideas...

Weird font again. Got home last night, slept until 10:30 and am still completely exhausted. x_x But I sent the Weekly Post anyhow. Couple of random questions for you, Lilac:
1)when (and how) are we going to award points for the first GP?
2)Prefects?
3)Member of the Month-how are we going to choose, etc?
4)What all exactly (besides the quizzes) is going to be in the 'fun' section?
5)do you want me to make another quiz? If so, which one?
6)There was something else that I can't remember...
And, YAY, the Guided Plot is MOVING!!!! *shock* That makes me happy, maybe we can finish this GP and get on to the *cough* next one.
7)Okay, I remembered now. It was about the GP. What happened to "The Voice"? And what happened to the Headmistresses? And..yeah. Stuff I can't post here. Mwahaha, about the second GP. I shall send you an email.
I think that's all I have to say. I want to go take a nap but I really shouldn't. BLEH. Okay, that's all.
